Hi everyone,
Since we are still waiting for the required parts to arrive, we will be offering refunds to anyone who would prefer to have their paid month refunded.
If you are interested in a refund, please open a ticket on the website and we will sort it out from there.
If you do not request a refund, we will assume you are fine with receiving credits to cover the downtime until the server is back up and running.
Either way, you will not lose the month you paid for.
